  • The key is in the Keybox at the Carpark with the code 1980, as shown in the video.
  • Please use the second parking spot, which is also demonstrated in the video.
  • The washing machine works with coins. If it stops, just add more coins. Please record the date of your washing on the provided sheet.
  • Please don’t block the washing machine all day. If you’re going out, you can hang your clothes in the apartment to dry.
  • You can close the window blinds by opening the window from the outside.
  • Please don’t use the green bin for rubbish, as it’s reserved only for green waste. Feel free to leave your rubbish in the rubbish bin in the apartment, and we’ll take care of it for you.

🔧 Hot Water Instructions

The hot water in the apartment can run out if several people shower in a row.
To make sure you always have enough hot water:

  1. Press the small black button inside the box on the kitchen wall –
    do this in the morning, after a shower, or whenever the hot water feels low.

  2. The red light will turn on – this means the water is now heating.

  3. It takes about 30 minutes to heat up again.
